I need feature X, is that something on your roadmap?

We are always looking for ways to improve our products. If you have a feature request, please send us an email. We can't promise that we will implement it, but we will add it to our backlog of requests and work to prioritize the most requested features.

I found a bug while doing Y, how do I report it?

We are sorry to hear that you found a bug. Please send us an email with a description of the bug and the steps you took to encounter it. We will investigate the issue and work to fix it as soon as possible.

I am developing my own AI bot, and ran into issue Z, can you help me?

We are happy to answer any questions and help you with any issues you might be experiencing. First, please check open issues in the official BaseBot repository to see if your issue has already been reported. If not, please open a new issue with a detailed description of your problem. We will investigate the issue and work to fix it as soon as possible.
